House Rules
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you check out later than this, you will be charged for an additional day..
If damage has been caused by willful destruction of the room furnishings or bathroom fixtures, you will be billed for the cost of the damage.
If you notice any existing damage in the room upon arrival, please report it to the innkeeper immediately.
In the event of a fire, use the fire extinguishers located in each hallway and notify the innkeeper.
The theft of items from guest rooms will be prosecuted.
Cancellations of room reservations must be made by phone or in writing.
If you cancel your reservation or fail to check in for the booked rooms, you will be charged the following fees:
– Up to 14 days before the start of the reservation, no additional charges apply,
– From 14 to 7 days before the start of the reservation, 20% of the accommodation costs are due, and
– From 7 to 1 day before the start of the reservation, 50% of the accommodation costs are due.

If you cancel on the day of arrival, 80% of the total trip price will be due.
